Windows replacement for Aspell's data directory (0.50.3.3, English Dictionary
0.50.2.3) for situations where the Windows version of Apell (or PHP) returns
the error: iso8859-1.dat is not in the proper format (etc). This file was once
hosted at http://networkessence.net/aspell-data.zip -- but that site no longer
exists. This file is in no way associated with the original author, nor is
this site. Please feel free to contact me with feedback concerning this ZIP
file, although I make no guarantees. To install it, simply unzip it and replace
the files in the "C:\Program Files\Aspell\Data" folder with the ones
in the ZIP file.
